These provisional terms describe the boundaries of the beta service. Complete business identity, payment, cancellation, consumer-rights and dispute provisions require professional review before a paid public launch.
Independent service
Interview Lab is an independent educational preparation service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of NHS England, a deanery, a Royal College or any recruitment body.
No guaranteed outcome
Scores and feedback are developmental estimates. They do not predict or guarantee interview performance, ranking, appointment or progression.
Candidate responsibility
You must use genuine personal evidence, verify every generated suggestion and avoid including patient-identifiable, confidential, copyrighted or third-party information you are not entitled to process.
Recording
You may record only yourself and only where you have the right to do so. Do not allow patients, colleagues or members of the public to appear or be heard. Recording features are optional and governed by the separate privacy notice and consent control.
Clinical limitation
The service is not clinical decision support and must not be used to make decisions about patient care. Interview scenarios and feedback may be incomplete or incorrect and must be checked against current authoritative guidance.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to extract protected scoring logic, automate excessive requests, share account access, interfere with the service or use it to impersonate another candidate.
Beta availability
Features may change, fail or be withdrawn during the beta. Signed-in progress may be exported or deleted from the dashboard.
